The City of Needles supplies water to about 8,766 residents in the Needles area of San Bernardino County, California. The City of Needles Water Department provides groundwater from four 100-feet depth wells, including wells #8, #11, and #12 in the lower part of the City. Water is stored in four storage tanks of up to 1.5 million gallons capacity and distributed across 66 miles of water lines.
