The Olympic View Water & Sewer District, a public community water system, provides water for about 15,091 residents living in the area of Edmonds, Washington. Established in 1937, the Olympic View Water & Sewer District System is currently obtaining its supply from a blend of surface water sources: OV Water District’s owned and operated treatment plant located in the town of Woodway, which uses Deer Creek; and purchased water from Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) drawing from Cedar River Watershed with Tolt River’s South Fork providing an alternative supply.
