The San Bernardino County Service Area 64, a regional water supply services district within the Department of Public Works - Special Districts Water and Sanitation, provides water for about 14,574 residents living in the area of Spring Valley Lake, a community in the Victor Valley of the Mojave Desert, within San Bernardino County, California. Established in 1968, the San Bernardino County Service Area 64 Water System currently obtains its supply from groundwater sources, including five wells in three reservoirs that draw water from the Alto Subarea Water Basin beneath the system area.
