The Town of Southwick Water supplies water to about 7,567 residents living in the Southwick area of Hampden County. The Southwick Water Department operates 51 miles of water mains, four pumping stations, two water wells, and two storage tanks. The Department collects water from two Great Brook Wells, No. 1 & 2, Cobble Mountain Reservoir, and Borden Brook Reservoir, and maintains an interconnection with the Springfield Water and Sewer Commission for supplemental supply during peak season.
