The Tulalip Bay Water District No. 1 supplies water to about 5,968 residents of Marysville in Snohomish County, Washington. Tulalip Bay Water District 1 obtains water from the City of Everett, which draws from Spada Lake, 30 miles east in the Cascade Mountains. The water is disinfected with chlorine, and the fluoride level is maintained at 1.0 mg/l concentration. The District buys water from the City of Marysville to serve the customers in Aspen Estates and Quil Ceda Village.
