The Upper Southampton Municipal Authority, a public community water system under the Town Sewer Authority, provides water for about 16,000 residents living in Upper Southampton, an unincorporated community in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. Established in 1946, the Upper Southampton Municipal Authority System currently obtains its supply from a blend of sources: 80% Delaware River water, purchased surface water from the Bucks County Water and Sewer Authority which is treated by North Wales/North Penn at the Forest Park Water Treatment Plant since July 2015, and 20% groundwater primarily wells that draw from the Stockton Aquifer, located off Street Road and Willopenn Drive.
