The Warminster Municipal Authority (WMA), a public community water system, provides water for about 40,000 residents living in the area of Warminster Township, Pennsylvania. Established in 1711, the Warminster Municipal Authority System is currently obtaining its supply from a surface water source via purchase from North Wales Water Authority (NWWA) Forest Park Water Treatment Plant in Chalfont. The purchased water is supplemented with groundwater from local wells.
