The Cedarville Waterworks Facilities Board provides water services to about 8,423 residents living in the Cedarville area of Crawford County, Arkansas. The Water Department of Cedarville Waterworks purchases water from the Fort Smith Water Utilities, which treats water primarily from Frog Bayou Watershed, supplements it with Lee Creek Watershed water, and stores it in Lee Creek Reservoir. The water is treated at Fort Smith's Mountainburg and Lee Creek Treatment Plants.
