West Stone County Water Association provides water services to about 5,188 residents in the Fox area and Cleburne, Searcy, Stone, and Van Buren Counties. Water sources include rivers, lakes, streams, ponds, reservoirs, springs, and wells. West Stone County Water Association buys treated water from the Mountain View Water Department whose source is the White River and Community Water System, which pumps from Greer's Ferry Lake and purchases Brewer Lake's water from Conway Corporation.
