The Western Greene County Regional Water District supplies water to about 7,342 residents living in the Walcott area of Greene County, Arkansas. The Western Greene County RWD collects water from three wells that pump groundwater from the Wilcox Group Aquifer. The water has chlorine and fluoride additives, which are added during water treatment to control microbes and promote strong teeth.
