The Oliver Springs Water Board provides water services to about 5,215 residents in the Oliver Springs area of Roane County, Tennessee. Oliver Springs Water Board obtains water from two sources - Bacon Spring and the Clinch River, a surface water source. The water from the Clinch River is purchased from the Anderson County Water Authority. Before distribution, the water is pumped to the Town of Oliver Springs Water Treatment Plant for processing and is disinfected with chlorine to control microbes.
