The Orem City Water System provides water for about 94,000 people living in Orem. The city has enough resources to meet the needs of its residents. The city`s water system collects water from the Provo River, subterranean aquifers, two mountain springs, and two reservoirs (Dark Creek and Jordanelle). Orem currently has 22,400,000 gallons of emergency storage.
