The City of Ephraim Water, a public community water system under the City Department of Public Works, provides water to about 7,000 residents living in Ephraim, Sanpete County, Utah. Founded in 1854, the City of Ephraim Water System currently obtains its supply from groundwater sources, the springs, and the city's deep wells that drill into the aquifer underneath the area.
