The WaterPro Inc., is a fully-owned subsidiary of Draper Irrigation Company, a non-profit, shareholder owned, company in Salt Lake County founded in 1888 by a group of local farmers. Draper Irrigation Company holds the water rights, while WaterPro, Inc. owns the buildings, vehicles, and equipment; maintains the culinary and irrigation, system, and provides customer service to all the shareholders of Draper Irrigation Company. WaterPro, Inc. provides water for about 28000 residents living in the Draper City area except those served by Draper City Water. WaterPro, Inc. collects its culinary water supply from Big Willow Creek, Bell Canyon, South Fork Corner Canyon and the Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District.
