The Ashley Valley Water of AVWSID (Ashley Valley Water & Sewer Improvement District) is a special service district formed by Utah County to furnish water and sewer service to residents living in the unincorporated area outside Vernal City, including the incorporated Naples City. Established in 1974, the Ashley Valley Water & Sewer Improvement District collects water from the Ashley Springs, which the spring receives from the Dry Fork Creek.
