City of Roosevelt Water, a public community water system under the Department of Public Works, provides water to about 8,000 residents living in Roosevelt, Duchesne County, Utah. Founded in 1965, the City of Roosevelt Water System currently obtains its supply from missed sources: groundwater sources, primarily six wells that drill into the aquifer underneath the area and purchased water from Duchesne County Water Conservancy District.
