New London Utilities, a public community water system under the City Department of Public Works, provides water to about 7,187 residents in New London, in Outagamie and Waupaca counties, Wisconsin. Founded in 1900, the New London Utilities System currently obtains water from groundwater sources, primarily seven wells that drill into the Sand and Gravel Aquifer and Cambrian Sandstone Aquifer underneath the area. Additionally, the system consists of three water towers, two booster stations, and two control valve stations.
