The Onalaska Waterworks, a public community water system under the Water Department of the Local Government Public Works, provides water for about 18,000 residents living in Onalaska, a city in La Crosse County, Wisconsin. Established in 1851, the Onalaska Waterworks System currently obtains its supply from four drilled groundwater Municipal Wells with depths from 160 to 171 feet deep.
