The City of West Bend Water Utility, under the City Water Department, provides water for about 31,500 residents living in the West Bend area, Wisconsin. Established in 1908, the City of West Bend Water Utility currently obtains its supply from a groundwater source, nine high-capacity wells that draw from the Ordovician Maquoketa Shale Formation.
