Benton County Water District No. 1, a domestic non-profit corporation, maintains a rural water distribution system and provides water to about 6,243 residents living in Avoca, Benton County, Arkansas. Founded in 1970, Benton County Water District No. 1 System currently purchases its supply from Benton-Washington Regional Public Water Authority (PWA), a surface water source drawn from Beaver Lake, and Rogers Water Utilities, which also purchases from Beaver Water District, a surface water source drawn from Beaver Lake.
