The Central Arkansas Water (CAW) is the largest public water supplier in the state serving a population of approximately 450,000 in the Central Arkansas. Incorporated in 1831, the Central Arkansas Water receives its water supply from two surface water sources: Lake Winona and Lake Maumelle, which supplies Jackson Reservoir and on to the Jack H. Wilson and Ozark Point water treatment plants for distribution.
