The City Of Snohomish Utilities purchases around 90% of the water from the City of Everett, and the remaining from Snohomish County PUD. The water source of the City of Everett is Spada Reservoir and Chaplain Reservoir, while Snohomish County PUD collects the water from two wells that draw water from Lake Stevens.
