Grand Prairie Regional Water Distribution District provides water for about 14,344 people living in the Stuttgart area of Arkansas County. Established in 1980, Grand Prairie Regional Water Distribution District collects water from four wells that draw water from Sparta Sand Aquifer, and four wells that draw from the Quaternary System and Sparta Aquifer.
