Hill Air Force Base American Water Enterprises Military Services Group (AWE-MSG), is part of American Water’s Military Services Group (American Water), which owns and operates water and wastewater utilities services to military communities around the country. AWE-MSG provides water for about 25,163 residents living in Hill Air Force Base located in Davis County and four other locations. Established in 1886, the Hill Air Force Base American Water collects water from five (5) groundwater wells located on AWE-MSG base, and from one (1) Weber Basin Water Source (the Weber River water that is treated at the Weber Basin Water Treatment Plant).
