Muhlenberg Township Authority

The Muhlenberg Township Authority provides water for about 21,000 residents living in the Reading area, Pennsylvania, portions of Muhlenberg Township (including the former Borough of Temple), and portions of Laureldale Borough and Alsace Township. Established in 1940, the Muhlenberg Township Authority collects its supply from a groundwater source, nine deep groundwater wells located throughout Muhlenberg Township.
