The San Joaquin County Water - Lincoln Village Water System supplies water to about 5,990 residents of Stockton City, California. Water sources include rivers, lakes, streams, ponds, reservoirs, springs, and wells.  Established in 1948, San Joaquin County Water obtains water from 52 domestic water wells that produce groundwater, which is treated and distributed across 66 miles of water mains. Lincoln Village Water System has three metered connections to the City of Stockton Municipal Utilities for water supply, which treats water from the Sacramento - San Joaquin Delta, Mokelumne River, Stanislaus River via New Melones Reservoir, the Calaveras River via New Hogan Reservoir, and City-owned groundwater wells.
