The Tellico Village Property Owners Association (TVPOA), a nonprofit organization community water system under the local government’s Department of Public Works, provides water to about 11,564 residents living in Tellico Village, an unincorporated planned community and census-designated place on the western shore of Tellico Reservoir in Loudon County, Tennessee. Founded in unknown, TVPOA System currently purchases its surface water supply from a 5,000-acre area near the Tellico Lake banks.
