The Vandenberg Village Community Services District (VVCSD) provides water services to about 7,308 residents living in the Vandenberg Village of Santa Barbara County north of Lompoc, California. Founded in 1983, the Vandenberg Village Community Services District collects water from three wells that draw groundwater from the Lompoc Upland Aquifer. The water wells are located at 702 and 704 Highway 1 and are disinfected with chlorine

Under the authority of the Safe Drinking Water Act, the EPA requires Vvcsd to assess local water quality each year and distribute a Consumer Confidence Water Quality Report.
