The Washington Terrace City Water System, under the direction of the Washington Terrace City Public Works Department, provides water for about 9,200 residents living in the Washington Terrace area. Established in 1948, the Washington Terrace City Water Division collects water supply from the surface water sources (Weber River and from several creeks along the Wasatch Front), and groundwater (primarily from the Delta Aquifer) through Weber Basin Conservancy District.
