The Westborough Water District provides water for about 14,050 residents living in the South San Francisco area, San Mateo County, California. Established in 1961, the Westborough Water District purchases its water from San Francisco Public Utility Commission (SFPUC). The source water originates from the Spring Yosemite National Park snowmelt and flows down to the Tuolumne River to storage at Hetch Hetchy Reservoir.
