The Cabot Waterworks Water provides water for about 25,465 residents living in the Cabot area, Arkansas. Established in 1891, the Cabot Waterworks Water obtains its supply from a groundwater source, six wells that pump from the Alluvial Aquifer to a treatment plant located in Cabot. Cabot Waterworks also purchases water from Central Arkansas Water, which receives its supply from two surface water sources, Lake Winona and Lake Maumelle.
