The City Of Oldsmar Water Division provides water for about 14,731 residents living in the Oldsmar area, Pinellas County, Florida. The City Of Oldsmar Water Division collects water from two brackish aquifers - the Tampa Limestone and the Upper Suwannee. The brackish water is pumped to the Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plant from eleven wells located across the city. The Drinking water is produced by pumping the brackish water through special filtering membranes. The water is then processed and disinfected.
