The Charter Township of Harrison Water Department provides water for about 24,500 residents living in the Harrison Township area, Michigan. Established in 1891, the Township of Harrison Water obtains its supply via purchase from the Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA) drawing from the Lower Lake Huron Watershed and Detroit River.
