The Holley-Navarre Water System, Inc. (HNWS), a member-owned, not for profit, utility corporation, provides water for about 41,567 residents living in the area of Navarre, Florida. Established in 1970, the Holley-Navarre Water System is currently obtaining its supply from a ground water source, the Floridan Aquifer pumped through five wells from HNWS and six wells from the Fairpoint Regional Utility System, Inc. (FRUS).
