Ozello Water Association, Inc., a privately owned water utility company, provides water to about 5,220 residents living in Crystal River, Florida. Founded in 1967, Ozello Water Association, Inc. System currently purchases its supply from the jointly owned Citrus County and Withlacoochee Regional Water Supply Authority's Charles A Black Central Citrus County Wellfields and Water Treatment Facility, which serves as the groundwater sources, primarily eight wells that drill into the Floridian Aquifer Basin.
