The Pace/Fleming Grid of Clay County Utility Authority provides water for about 38,507 residents living in the area of Middleburg, Florida. Established in 1988, the Pace/Fleming Grid Water currently obtains its supply from a groundwater source, five wells that withdraw water from the Floridan Aquifer.
