The City of Sebring Water & Sewer System, under the City Department of Utilities, provides water for about 38,761 residents living in the area of Sebring, Florida. Established in 1912, the City of Sebring Water & Sewer System currently obtains its supply from a groundwater source, 11 wells within the community that draw water from the Floridan Aquifer.
