The Toho Water Authority (TWA) – Western, the largest provider of water, wastewater and reclaimed water services in Osceola County, provides water for about 40,330 residents living in the area of Kissimmee, Florida. Established in 2003, the Toho Water Authority - Western System is currently obtaining its supply from a ground water source, 13 owned and operated water plants that pump water from the Floridan Aquifer.
