The Coweta County Water & Sewerage Authority (CCWSA) provides water for about 68,803 residents living in the area of Newnan City, Georgia. Established in 2000, the Coweta County Water & Sewerage Authority currently obtains its supply from a combination of several sources: Groundwater from the CCWSA Hugh Murphy Well; and surface water from CCWSA B.T.
