The City of Millen Water, a municipally-owned water provider, supplies water to about 5,259 residents living in the Millen area of Jenkins County, Georgia. The City of Millen Water Department obtains water from the Coastal Plain Aquifer utilizing four groundwater wells - Wells 101, 102, 103, and 104 located within the City. The water is fluoridated to prevent tooth decay and disinfected at the well sites.
