Established in 1908, the City of Kingsland Water System currently obtains its groundwater supply from four wells. Well #1, an 860-feet deep, and Well #2, an 820-feet deep are both located at Water Treatment Plant. Wells #3 and #4 approximately 720 feet respectively are located at Water Treatment Plant #2 on East Colerain Road. The water sources are primarily wells pumped from Upper Floridan Aquifer.
