The Alliance City Water provides water for about 22,232 residents living in the Alliance area, Ohio. Established in 1854, the Alliance City Water collects supply from surface water sources, the Walborn and Deer Creek. The City also owns an emergency surface supply source, the Westville Lake, which flows to Alliance via the Mahoning River.
