The City of Loveland Water, a public community water system under the City Department of Utilities, provides water for about 12,800 residents living in the area of Loveland, Ohio. Established in 1961, the City of Loveland Water System is currently obtaining its supply from a groundwater source: three wells at BettyRay wellfield drawing from a natural aquifer beneath the City area. The City of Loveland also maintains emergency interconnections with the Greater Cincinnati Water Works, Western Water, and Clermont County.
