The Breezy Hill Water & Sewer Co., Inc., a non-profit water utility agency, provides water for about 17,986 residents living in the area of Breezy Hill in Graniteville, a town in Aiken County, South Carolina. Established in 1968, the Breezy Hill Water System is currently obtaining its supply from a blend of sources, including groundwater from wells that pump from the unconfined Floridan-Midville Aquifer beneath the district's service area, surface water from a local treatment plant that draws from the Clearwater Pond, and purchased water from Edgefield County Water and Sewer, which gets its water from the Savannah River.
