Donalds-Due West Water & Sewer Authority, a public community water system under the local government, provides water to about 5,200 residents living in Donalds, Abbeville County, South Carolina. Founded in 1972, the Donalds-Due West Water & Sewer Authority System currently purchases its surface water supply from Belton-Honea Path Water Authority and draws water from the Saluda River, which the City of Abbeville obtains from the Rocky River and Lake Russell.
