The City of Baker Water, a public community water system under the City Public Works Administration Department, provides water for about 13,855 residents living in Baker, located in the northern portion of East Baton Rouge Parish in Louisiana. Established in 1888, the City of Baker Water System currently obtains its supply of groundwater from four sources namely: Lavey Lane well #4, Mississippi Street Well #2, Groom Road well #1, and Debra Street well #3.
