The Beauregard Waterworks District No. 2, Ward No. 5 supplies water to about 6,116 residents living in the Singer area of Beauregard Parish, Louisiana. Beauregard Water Department collects water from five groundwater wells - Well #1 at Main Plant, Well #2 on Singer Waterworks Rd, Well #3 at East Stanley Smith, Well #4 at West Stanley Smith, and Well #5 at Jacobs Road-Fields Plant. The water is disinfected with chlorine and treated with fluoride to promote healthy teeth.
