The City Of Bogalusa Water system provides water for about 14,000 living in the Bogalusa area of Washington Parish County. The City Of Bogalusa Water system collects water from 7 deep wells: Pocohontas & Willis Street Well, City Limits Well, North Ave Well, Madison Street Well, Avenue D & West 9th Street Well, Avenue B Well, and Avenue G Well. They draw water from the Amite Aquifer. The water system has a series of tanks and pump stations.
