The Clayton County Water Authority (CWWA) provides water for about 275,000 people living in the City of Morrow and the Clayton County areas. Established in 1955, Clayton County’s water supply comes primarily from surface water, which includes a small amount coming from the Flint River. The majority of our water supply comes from rainfall in Clayton and its surrounding counties that is collected in five reservoirs.
