The Coral Springs Improvement District (CSID), a public community water system, provides water for about 40,000 residents living in the area of Coral Springs (south of Royal Palm Boulevard to the C-14 canal), Florida. Established in 1970, the Coral Springs Improvement District System is currently obtaining its supply from a ground water source, wells that pump water from the Biscayne Aquifer.
